GW Pharmaceuticals • Wilshire, United Kingdom, 3.5 million shares, priced $10.79, managed by Lazard Capital Markets and Cowen & Co. Proposed Nasdaq symbol GWPH. Business: Develops and commercializes cannabinoid-based therapeutics.

ING U.S. • New York, N.Y., 64.1 million shares, priced $21 to $24, managed by Morgan Stanley, Goldman Sachs. Proposed NYSE symbol VOYA. Business: ING's U.S. retirement, insurance and investment management operations.

Insys Therapeutics • Phoenix, Ariz., 4 million shares, priced at $16 to $18, managed by Wells Fargo Securities and JMP Securities. Proposed Nasdaq symbol INSY. Business: Commercial stage pharmaceutical company with products for breakthrough cancer pain and chemotherapy-induced nausea and vomiting.
