Business: Prepaid payment network offering broad range of gift cards and other prepaid products and services in the U.S. and 18 other countries.

Fairway Group Holdings Corp. • New York, 13.7 million shares, priced $10 to $12, managed by Credit Suisse, BofA Merrill Lynch, and Jefferies & Co. Proposed Nasdaq symbol FWM. Business: Operates 12 high-volume grocery stores in the greater NYC metro area, emphasizing fresh, natural, organic, prepared and gourmet foods as well as conventional groceries.

Hannon Armstrong Sustainable Infrastructure Capital Inc. • Annapolis, Md., 13.3 million shares, priced $14 to $16, managed by BofA Merrill Lynch, UBS, and Wells Fargo. Proposed NYSE symbol HASI. Business: Structured REIT that provides financing for clean energy projects.

Intelsat S.A. • Luxembourg, 21.7 million shares, priced $21 to $25, managed by Goldman Sachs, J.P. Morgan, and Morgan Stanley. Proposed NYSE symbol I. Business: World's largest provider of satellite services.

SeaWorld Entertainment Inc. • Orlando, Fla., 20 million shares, priced $24 to $27, managed by Goldman Sachs, J.P. Morgan, and Citicorp. Proposed NYSE symbol SEAS. Business: Operates 11 U.S. theme parks under brands such as SeaWorld and Busch Gardens.
