Young skiers and snowboarders at Park City Mountain Resort can get more for their money when they buy a 2013-14 season pass.
The resort’s parent company, Park City-based Powdr Corp., will give pass purchasers free access to five other ski areas within the Powdr umbrella — Boreal in California, Copper Mountain in Colorado, Killington in Vermont, Mt. Bachelor in Oregon and Las Vegas Ski and Snowboard in Nevada.

Passholders from those resorts will have reciprocal rights at Park City Mountain Resort through the "License 2 Ride" program, said Powdr spokeswoman Krista Parry.
In addition, holders of 2012-13 youth/teen passes who buy next year’s passes before May 1 can save $200 on a week’s stay at one of four summer action-sports camps operated by Woodward, also a Powdr subsidiary. Woodward’s camps are in Colorado, California and Pennsylvania.
"Powdr and Woodward know that youth are the future of our industry," said John Cumming, Powdr’s chief executive. "License 2 Ride [will] encourage access to our incredible network of diverse resorts and action sports camps in North America."
Park City Mountain Resort’s adult passholders are eligible for a 20 percent discount on lift tickets at these other resorts, Parry said.
The program is fairly similar to The Mountain Collective, which Alta and Snowbird have joined with seven other Western resorts. For a $349 fee, Alta and Snowbird passholders get two free days of skiing at these other resorts in Colorado, Wyoming, California and British Columbia and a discount on additional days.
