Breakfast • The Utah Technology Council will host its "Breakfast with Legislative Leadership" with House Speaker Becky Lockhart and Senate President Wayne Niederhauser from 7:15 a.m. to 8:15 a.m. at the Salt Lake City Center Marriott hotel, 220 S.
