The following products and vehicles were recalled by the Consumer Product Safety Commission or the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration. Unless otherwise indicated, discontinue use of the products immediately and return them to the store where purchased for a refund. Contact a dealer for your model to see if it is included in the recall. The dealer will tell you what to do.
Product • Q-Series Temperature and Humidity Sensors, available from Siemens sales offices, partners, resellers and installers from June 2007 through August 2012 for $200 to $400.
Problem • This recall involves wall-mounted Q-series sensors that control heat, air conditioning and humidity inside commercial buildings, hospitals and schools. Four incidents of overheating and fires have been reported to Siemens, although no injuries were reported. Vehicles • Honda Odysseys 2011-2013 and Honda Pilots 2009-2013
Problem • One or more rivets that attach the air bag module to the air bag cover may be missing. The absence of more than one rivet could alter the performance of the driver's air bag during deployment, posing a risk of injury during a crash. Honda's recall campaign number is S75.
