Product • Dream On Me Bed Rails, sold at small independent stores and online at amazon.com and wayfair.com from September 2011 through May 2012 for $15 to $30.
Problem • The bed rail can separate from the mattress, allowing a child's body to become entrapped if it slips between the rail and the mattress. This poses suffocation and strangulation hazards to children. Consumers should stop using the bed rails immediately and contact Dream On Me for a refund. Contact Dream On Me toll-free at 877-201-4317 from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. Monday through Friday, or online at http://www.dreamonme.com and click on "Recalls" for more information.
Vehicle • 2013 Ford Fusion
Problem • The affected vehicles may not have had the low-beam headlamp projector coating properly cured during its manufacturing process. An improperly cured projector coating will become hazy through operation, over time, reducing the brightness of the low-beam lamp. This may decrease driver visibility and increase the risk of a vehicle crash. Ford will notify owners, and dealers will replace the headlamp assembly. Owners may contact the Ford Motor Co. Customer Relationship Center at 866-436-7332.
