Traverse Ridge Center office building set for Lehi

The Salt Lake City office of the commercial real estate services firm CBRE says construction will begin next spring on Traverse Ridge Center I, a three-story office building in Lehi.

Eric Smith, Kreg Peterson, James Mecham and Jessmine Kim of CBRE are the leasing agents for the owner, Perry & Associates Inc., a commercial real estate developer. Construction of the 70,000-square-foot Class A building will begin in March, with anticipated completion by March 2014.

Traverse Ridge Center will be located just off Interstate 15, directly east of the State Road 92 exit. The property is adjacent to a future TRAX line and is within walking distance of the new Adobe campus, Cabela’s and the Outlets at Traverse Mountain. The office building is part of a 22-acre mixed-use campus.
