Trader Joe's has pushed back the grand opening of its first Salt Lake City store to Nov. 30.

The retailer announced Tuesday that construction delays have forced the delay in the opening of the 12,700-square-foot store at 634 E. 400 South.

"We are confident the extra time will help us prepare a store that will give our customers a complete Trader Joe's experience," the company's news release said.

When it does open, store hours will be 8 a.m. to 9 p.m., Monday through Sunday.
