Website offers real estate info by ZIP code

The local website ServingSaltLake.com has released its Market Inside feature, which enables users to browse the Salt Lake real estate market by ZIP code.

"Our new tool allows everyone, not just real estate agents, to find out how the market has been changing in their individual ZIP codes, meaning more informed decisions for home buyers and sellers alike," said Joshua Stern, who directs the Joshua Stern Team at Keller Williams Realty.

Market Insider shows users real estate market statistics such as average home price, number of days on the market and the total number of home sales in an area. Also included are demographic, crime rate and school information.

ServingSaltLake.com also provides access to all homes for sale on the Multiple Listing Service.
