Upward of 300 business owners and others representing 200 different Utah companies were on hand Monday for the Governor's Office of Economic Development International Trade Summit at the Salt Lake Marriott Downtown at City Creek.

GOED brought together foreign trade representatives — from South Korea, The Americas, Europe, Mexico, Chile, Japan and China — to consult with Utah companies on how best to do business with one another.

The program featured a number of training sessions that included topics such as "Selling in Europe" and "Sales strategies in Latin America."
