Resolving a product complaint with a manufacturer or retail outlet can prove frustrating for a consumer. A few options exist, however, to help consumers deal with a product or service complaint.

A wide range of websites feature consumer complaint information, from general complaint-filing guidelines to product-service specific areas and seeking legal assistance.
