Harmons Grocery Stores is presenting its second annual free Community Health Expo at four of its Utah stores, in Salt Lake City, Farmington, Draper and St. George.
Among numerous featured events and activities will be cooking demonstrations, dietitian workshops, smoothie clinics and samplings of food.

Highlighted products will include turkey sausages and burgers, locally grown peaches and pears, whole-grain Dulce de Leche Cheerios, Blue Diamond Nuts, Chia seeds, plain Greek yogurt and pumpkin chocolate chip cookies.
Flu shots also will be available, without appointment, for $25.
"Harmons has grown from being a standard grocery store, to a central point in the community that provides many options for healthy foods and valuable customized information to keep Utah families healthy," said store co-owner Bob Harmon of the expo.
