Product • Animal Snap Bracelets, sold at Cost Plus World Market, Cracker Barrel Old Country Store and other retailers from September 2011 to February 2012 for about $3.

Problem • The metal snap band can wear through the fabric covering, resulting in exposed sharp edges and posing a laceration hazard. Consumers can receive a full refund by returning the product to the store where they bought the bracelet. For additional information, contact Toysmith at 800-356-0474 from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Friday, or visit the firm's website at http://www.toysmith.com.

Vehicle • Toyota RAV4 2006-2012

Problem • If the nuts for adjusting the rear wheel alignment are improperly tightened, the thread portion of the arm (shaft and turn-buckle) may become loose and rust. This may lead to thread wear in the turn-buckle, causing the arm to separate, which could result in a loss of vehicle control. Owners may contact Toyota at 800-331-4331.
