Susie English has been hired as Ski Utah’s new spokeswoman, replacing Jessica Kunzer, who joined Mountain Sports International earlier this month after five years with the marketing arm of the state’s 14 ski resorts.
English has a lengthy affiliation with Utah’s ski industry. The daughter of Chuck English, Deer Valley Resort’s director of mountain operations, she worked in that Park City-area resort’s marketing department before moving on to Rossignol Ski Apparel, where she was marketing manager. A Park City native, English has a bachelor’s degree in marketing and finance from the University of Denver.

Kunzer is communications and marketing director at Mountain Sports International, a Salt Lake City-based company that puts on freeskiing, snowboarding, skateboarding and other action sports’ competitions.
