The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission has announced a recall of Kolcraft brand strollers. A child or adult's finger can get caught in the stroller's hinge mechanism when it's being put together or collapsed. Kolcraft and the commission have received five reports of injuries, including reports of three children whose fingertips were amputated and two adults whose fingers were either smashed or cut.
