Food author to appear at Utah supermarkets

Through July 14, Utah author Dian Thomas will be signing books and conducting demonstrations at Dick’s Market, Fresh Market, Macey’s, Lin’s and Dan’s grocery stores throughout the state.

Thomas, author of Roughing it Easy on outdoor cooking, has published a new book on weight loss, Tipping the Scales in Your Favor: Small Steps That Make a Big Difference in Your Health, Weight, and Happiness.
