For more information about the products, call the manufacturer or CPSC's toll-free hotline, 800-638-2772. Only some cars or trucks recalled are affected. Contact a dealer for your model to see if it is included in the recall. The dealer will tell you what to do.

Product • Rockland Furniture Drop-side Cribs, sold by JCPenney from 2005 to 2008 for $150 and $400.

Problem • The cribs' drop sides can malfunction, detach or otherwise fail, causing part of the drop side to fall out of position, creating a space into which an infant or toddler can roll and become wedged or entrapped. A child also can fall out of the crib. Drop-side incidents also can occur due to incorrect assembly and with age-related wear and tear. Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled cribs and contact Nan Far Woodworking at 877-967-5770 or visit the company's website http://www.rocklandimmobilizationkit.com for a free repair kit that will immobilize the drop side.

Vehicles • Buick Enclave 2011-2012, Chevrolet Traverse 2011-2012, GMC Acadia 2011-2012

Problem • Snow or ice buildup on the windshield or on the wiper may restrict the movement of the wiper arm, causing it to loosen and become inoperative. GM began notifying dealers last month. For updates, owners may call the Highway Traffic Safety Administration's Vehicle Safety Hotline at 888-327-4236 (TTY: 800-424-9153).
