The franchisee, Hojeij Branded Foods, operates multiple food and beverage concessions at many of the nation’s top airports, Cocotas said. "They are a top-notch operator."
The UFood Grills will operate in Concourse C and Concourse E. The company said the fare offered at the grill includes lean burgers, rice bowls, salads, wraps and smoothies.
Cocotas said UFood is headed by George Naddaff, who helped found Boston Market and led the franchising of several companies including Sylvan Learning Center and VR Business Brokers.
