Kirton McConkie, a Salt Lake City-based law firm, has received the Office Building Project of the Year award for 2011 from the Associated General Contractors of Utah.

The award was presented in recognition of improvements made to the Kirton McConkie building at 50 E. South Temple, on the north perimeter of the new City Creek Center.

Okland Construction was named on the award as the builder. The architect was ZGF LLP. Rich Delamare was the project manager. Bob Petersen was the superintendent.

Kirton McConkie is a law firm with 129 attorneys focusing on areas that include commercial litigation, real estate, employment, tax and estate planning.
