Dickey’s Barbecue Pit adding two Utah locations this summer

Dickey’s Barbecue Pit is expanding in Utah.

The restaurant chain will be opening two locations this summer, according to franchise owner Jason Huang.

Huang plans a store in Taylorsville in early June at 5578 S. Redwood Road, and one in Draper around the end of July at 13800 S. Bangerter Highway.

There are currently four Dickey’s restaurants in Utah. They are in West Valley City, American Fork, Orem and St. George.

Dickey’s opened its first location in Dallas in 1941. It began franchising in 1994. It has more than 200 locations in 36 states.
