RootsTech said Monday that 14 sessions from its family history and technology conference this week will be webcast over the Internet.

RootsTech is a conference designed to bring technologists together with genealogists to discuss family history research. The event is sponsored by FamilySearch, a service of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, and groups and businesses.

The conference is Thursday and Friday in Salt Lake City.
