SkyWest starts daily jet service between Salt Lake, Cedar City

SkyWest Airlines on Wednesday began twice-daily commercial jet service between Salt Lake City and Cedar City, flying the route as Delta Connection for Delta Air Lines.

Passengers can book flights at www.delta.com or by calling Delta at 800-221-1212.

St. George-based SkyWest will use 50-seat Bombardier regional jets on the route. The airline previously used smaller EMB-120 Brasilia turboprop aircraft on the route.

SkyWest began Delta Connection flights between St. George and Salt Lake City last year.
