Overstock.com, the Salt Lake City-based online discount retailer, has selected the Priceline Partner Network to power its new travel website, O.co Travel.

Priceline Partner Network is a business unit of priceline.com, which is known for its television advertising that focuses on the company's "Name Your Own Price" travel booking services.

"Our partnership allows us to offer customers an in-depth travel site," Overstock.com President Jonathan Johnson said in a statement.

Randy Schartner, president of Priceline Partner Network, said his company's travel services will fit well with Overstock.com's products and mission.
