Kneaders Bakery and Cafe opens another Utah spot, in Logan

Kneaders Bakery and Café, a Utah-based restaurant franchise that specializes in gourmet sandwiches, soups, salads, pastries and European hearth breads, has opened a location in Logan.

Hours for the restaurant at 1675 N. Main Street are 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. Monday through Saturday (closed Sunday).

"As someone who has lived in Logan my entire life, I am really excited to bring Kneaders to this great community," said franchisee Tyson Booth.

Colleen and Gary Worthington opened the first Kneaders Bakery and Café in Orem in 1997. The franchise has 16 restaurants in Utah, Arizona and Idaho.
