Mountain America Credit Union received seven awards for outstanding marketing and business development achievements from the Credit Union National Association Marketing and Business Development Council. Utah Building Energy Efficiency Strategies (UBEES), a public/private partnership that aims to increase energy efficiency through high-performance building strategies, recently received an Energy Star Partner Award from the Environmental Protection Agency. UBEES, which is working with businesses, schools, churches, utilities and individuals to reduce energy use, was recognized for its promotional efforts over the past year.
DSI Underground Systems Inc., a manufacturer and supplier of specialty ground support products to the mining and tunneling industry, is relocating its headquarters from Salt Lake City to 9746 S. Prosperity Road in West Jordan, in Bingham Business Park.
