Police say a weekend break-in at a west Salt Lake City construction company site left one suspect behind bars and two others on the run.

Just after 5:30 a.m. Sunday, Salt Lake City police dispatchers received a 911 call reporting several people had climbed over the fence of Granite Construction Co. property at 1000 N. Warm Springs Road.

Responding officers arrived to find three male suspects running westbound from the site and managed to chase down one of them, a 30-year-old man. He was booked into the Salt Lake County jail on suspicion of trespassing and outstanding criminal warrants.

The other two suspects — one wearing a black shirt and black shorts and the other clad in a gray sweatshirt — escaped police.
