U.S. Highway 89 has reopened after a traffic crash blocked the thoroughfare Kaysville, according to the Utah Department of Transportation.

All lanes were open as of 3:55 p.m., UDOT reported. Traffic congestion remained moderate and alternate routes still were recommended.
