Women unite

There has been a lot of talk recently about the minimum wage and the fact that 40 percent of heads of households are women. Some want to move the minimum wage to $15 an hour. There is a solution to this problem.

Women are a majority of voters; women are the majority of citizens and women are the majority of shoppers. They must vote with one voice and they must shop with one voice. A united stance can change the status quo. The time has come to stand up with a united voice and say no more second-tier citizenship. The time has come for fair pay and a minimum wage that will support our citizens.
