Castle Dale rodeo » It’s not a holiday weekend in Utah without a rodeo. The Cowboys Memorial Day Rodeo is Friday and Saturday night in the Emery County town of Castle Dale. Both nights feature traditional rodeo events plus a tough man competition where participants dare a bull to knock them out of a circle, plus a chicken chase for the kids.
