Rome • Former figure skating world champion Carolina Kostner has been called in for another hearing with the Italian Olympic Committee's anti-doping prosecutor.

Kostner did not attend a hearing last week as authorities investigate whether she was complicit in doping by her former boyfriend, Olympic race walking champion Alex Schwazer.

Her agent says Kostner, the 2014 Olympic bronze medalist and 2012 world champion, will attend the next hearing on Friday.

Kostner is to be asked about reports that she told judicial officials she helped Schwazer evade a test and knew he slept with a banned altitude machine.

Kostner, who is taking this year off, risks a ban of four years for aiding and failing to report Schwazer's doping.

Schwazer tested positive before the 2012 London Olympics and was banned for 3½ years.
