As part of its special exhibit, The Horse, the Natural History Museum of Utah is hosting a Cowboy Festival and BBQ this weekend with Western-themed food and fun.

The festival Saturday included barbecue, live music, cowboy poetry and hands-on activities for kids.

It continues Sunday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. and is included with museum admission of $13 for adults; $11 for seniors 65 and over and ages 13-24; and $9 for children 3-12.
