Evanston, Wyo. • Wilmas Alright Now, never worse than third in eight career starts, tops a 10-horse field Saturday in the $30,650 Gary Waite 89-and-Under Stakes at Wyoming Downs.

Owned by John L. Erickson and trained by Michael Monson, Wilmas Alright now is a 3-year-old gelding who has won four of eight outings, including an impressive victory in the Gary Waite trials. Jockey Tyson Lusk will ride Wilmas Alright Now, who has already earned $11,971 in his career. The Idaho-bred will break from the outside position in the 10-horse field.

Another contender is EB Traffic Rock, who is 3 for 4 lifetime including a pair of wins at the current meet. The Utah-bred gelding is owned and trained by Rodger Ewell and will be ridden by jockey Shaunda Larsen.
