When 'Sharknado' premiered a year ago, it was a surprise success. The incredibly stupid movie about sharks being lifted in a water spout and wreaking havoc on Los Angeles became a pop-culture sensation, which is why we now have "Sharknado 2: The Second One." It's pretty much the same movie set in New York. It's super dumb, gross, ridiculous — and fun.
