Only one person was hurt after a 9-year-old boy crashed a Jeep into a Salt Lake City house.

The boy's grandfather was letting him back out of their driveway near 1300 Catherine Street on Saturday afternoon, said police Lt. Mike Ross. But the boy panicked and drove into a neighbor's home, causing a couch to hit the foot of someone inside, causing a minor injury, Ross said.

The crash caused "some pretty good damage" to the home, and the grandfather was cited in the incident, Ross added.
