Utah brewers will celebrate the state's growing craft beer movement during American Craft Beer Week, May 12-18.

A full week of activities are planned, including beer-pairing dinners, movies, a trivia competition and an "art and ale" fundraiser.

Here's the schedule:

Monday, May 12, 6:30 p.m. • Four-course dinner and beer pairing at Squatters Pub Brewery, 147 W. 300 South, Salt Lake City. Tickets are $50. Call 801-328-2329, extension 249, to reserve a seat.

Monday, May 12, 7 p.m. • Five-course dinner and beer pairing featuring Epic Brewing and From Scratch restaurant, 62 E. Gallivan Ave., Salt Lake City. Cost is $25 for food and $20 beer pairing. Call 801-538-5090 to reserve a spot.

Tuesday, May 13, 5 to 7 p.m. • Free brewmaster gathering at Dick N' Dixie's, 475 E. 300 South, Salt Lake City. Meet the brewers from Squatters and Wasatch, sample the new Snap Down Header, India Pale Lager for $2.50 a glass, meet Bryan Dunseth, RSL announcer, and get a Craft Beer Week glass to take home.

Tuesday, May 13, 7:30 p.m. • Utah premiere of the documentary "Crafting a Nation," at Brewvies, 677 S. 200 West, Salt Lake City. Free.

Wednesday, May 14, 5 p.m. to close • Three-course dinner that explores the world of saisons at The Annex, 1048 E. 2100 South, Salt Lake City. Food is $20, optional beer pairing is $10.

Wednesday, May 14, 6 p.m. • One-hour Beer 101 tasting class at Squatters Roadhouse Grill, 1900 Park Ave, Park City. Cost is $10 and includes a Craft Beer Week glass. Call 801-328-2329, extension 249, to register.

Thursday, May 15, 6 p.m. • One-hour Beer 101 tasting class at Squatters in Salt Lake City. Cost is $10 and includes a Craft Beer Week glass. Call 801-363-2739 to register.

Thursday, May 15, 6 p.m. • Join the women's home brew club, called Barley's Angels, at Wasatch Brew Pub, 250 Main St., Park City, for a free screening of "The Love of Beer." The documentary follows a group of female home brewers as they struggle to end stereotypes in a male-centered industry. Cash bar and complimentary appetizers.

Thursday, May 15, 8 p.m. • Teams battle during beer trivia night at The Beerhive, 128 S. Main St., Salt Lake City.

Friday, May 16, 1, 1:30 and 2 p.m. • Take a free, 30-minute tour of the Squatters and Wasatch production facility. Complimentary growler after the tour.

Saturday, May 17, 7:30 p.m. • Utah Brewers Guild and the Utah Museum of Contemporary Art sponsor "Fluid Art: Bringing Together Art and Ales." Each participating Utah brewery has been provided a piece of art from UMOCA's exhibitions and asked to pair it with one of their beers. Suggested donation is $20; includes 3-ounce beer pairings and light appetizers. Participating breweries are Bohemian Brewery, Desert Edge Brewing, Epic Brewing, Red Rock, Shades of Pale, Squatters and Wasatch.

Saturday, May 17, 7:30 p.m. • Pick up the game bus at Beer Bar or Dick N' Dixie's and head to Rio Tinto Stadium for the RSL vs. Colorado soccer game. Round-trip fare is $5, first come, first served.

Sunday, May 18, noon to 4 p.m. • One-hour tours of Epic Brewery, 825 S. State, Salt Lake City. Call to reserve a time, 801-906-0123.

Sunday, May 18, 4 p.m. • Beer and Cheese party at Squatters, 147 W. Broadway, Salt Lake City. For $25, enjoy local cheese appetizers and beers in a commemorative glass. Call 801-328-2329, extension 249, to reserve a spot.
