2.99 • Croi-liner

The location isn't the only thing new about Vosen's Bread Paradise. Owner David Porter moved the 16-year-old Salt Lake City bakery one block west about a month ago. To celebrate the change of scenery, he added the Croi-liner to his pastry lineup. It's a mash-up of a croissant and a traditional German jelly filled doughnut called a Berliner. Pretty and sweet, it's one of the many reasons to stop in and see the bakery's new digs.

Vosen's Bread Paradise • 328 W. 200 South, Salt Lake City; 801-322-2424. Open Monday through Friday, 7 a.m. -6 p.m.; Saturday 8 to 4:30 p.m.
