HuHot Mongolian Grill to open 2 more Utah stores

HuHot Mongolian Grill, a create-your-own Asian stir-fry concept, will open two new Utah locations in Sandy and Spanish Fork.

The Sandy store, located at 10835 S. State, is scheduled to open the final week of October and the Spanish Fork location will open off U.S. Highway 6 and Expressway Lane the first week of November. HuHot already has a store in Logan at 660 S. Main St.

Guests at HuHot custom-make their own meal by choosing vegetables, meats, noodles and sauces. After filling their bowl, it's handed to the grill chef who stir-fries the meal.
