Davis and Lone Peak both got all of their players through to the semifinals to share the lead after the opening day of the Class 5A girls' tennis state tournament Wednesday.
Bingham sat in third with six points.
Lone Peak's Leah Heimuli and Davis' Breezy Turley will meet in the No. 1 singles semifinals Saturday at Liberty Park.
West's Brooke Burnside and Pleasant Grove's Sarah Clifford will meet in the other No. 1 singles semifinal.
The Darts and Knights also will take the court against each other at No. 1 doubles, where Davis' Brooke Burningham and Emily Watkins will take on Lone Peak's Haley Schettler and Lauren Allen.
Jordan's Tabby Jones and Jenni Milne will face Bingham's Jaelyn Peterson and Jean Noh in the other No. 1 doubles semifinal. —
