Two hearings will be held next week to gather public input on a Salt Lake County agency’s draft assessment of needs among low- and moderate-income households.
The county Division of Community Resources & Development will use the assessment to help divide federal funds, such as those Community Development Block Grants, among eligible nonprofit agencies.
These "public need" hearings will run from 10:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. Monday at Murray City Library, 166 E. 5300 South, and from 5 p.m. to 6 p.m. Wednesday in the first-floor Salt Lake County Council chambers, North Building, County Government Center, 2001 S. State.
