A flash flood Saturday night in Millard County washed out at least one bridge over Chalk Creek east of Fillmore.
Officials with the Millard County Sheriff's Office had so far not gotten any reports of people being stranded because of the flood, and no homes were damaged.
A dispatcher confirmed that heavy rain in the area was bringing some water into Fillmore at about 9 p.m., but the bulk of the flooding was taking place further up the Chalk Creek Canyon in Fishlake National Forest.
The National Weather Service said it had received reports of trees being knocked down by the floods and urged anyone near the canyon to seek higher ground.
The weather service issued a flash flood warning for east central Millard County in effect until 11:30 Saturday night.
Forecasters also issued a flood warning for south west Washington County until early Sunday morning. The weather service said light to moderate rain in the region could cause flooding in the area, especially in the Beaver Dam Wash and nearby drainages.
