Trib Talk: Are Utah teens getting enough sleep?

It's tough to get adolescents to roll out of bed in the morning, but most schools start the day at the crack of dawn. Trib Talk's Jennifer Napier-Pearce hosted a live video chat to discuss school start times and how to balance the physical needs of sleepy teens with after school jobs, homework, extracurriculars and the educational establishment. Guests included Salt Lake City School Board member Heather Bennett, Terra Ziporyn Snider of the advocacy group Start School Later and Tribune families reporter Kristen Moulton.
