Parades, rodeos, fireworks and more take place as part of Utah's annual Pioneer Day holiday. Here's a list of what's happening:

Salt Lake Bees vs Fresno Grizzlies

The Salt Lake Bees baseball team takes on the Fresno Grizzlies. There will be fireworks after the game.

Pioneer Days — This Is the Place Heritage Park

This Is the Place Heritage Park will hold a patriotic flag ceremony, a watermelon-eating contest and a Pioneer Parade down Main Street. Come prepared to have some fun playing old-fashioned games.

Butlerville Days

The Cottonwood Heights Community will hold its annual Butlerville Days with a parade, inflatables, face painting, bike parade, food, classic car show, pie-eating contest, mechanical-bull rides, a juggling show and free watermelon. Fireworks start at 9:45 p.m.

Merrill Osmond's Pioneer Jubilee

The Pioneer Jubilee features antique and Western-themed crafts and children's activities. Proceeds go toward the Olive Osmond Hearing Fund, where many deaf children will receive the gift of hearing.

Bountiful Handcart Days

Historic tours, a party in city park, games and activities, food and entertainment. The parade will be Tuesday at 6 p.m. Fireworks are at Mueller Park Junior High on July 23, 9:45 p.m.

Taste of the Town — Layton

The Davis Chamber of Commerce will host the Taste of the Town. This is a family-friendly and affordable way to taste your way around favorite local restaurants in a festive outdoor setting. There will also be face-painting, balloons and live music.

Riders in the Sky

The Grammy Award-winning country band performs. Seats are first come, first served.

Mapleton celebration

The Mapleton City Days of '47 celebration will feature a 5K race, breakfast, parade, inflatables, rock climbing wall, art displays, food. Lunch will be served from 10 a.m.-2 p.m. Most of the evening activities will be at Ira Allen Park, 1728 S. 800 West, 5-10 p.m. Fireworks will be at 10 p.m.

Fiesta Days Rodeo — Spanish Fork

The Spanish Fork Fiesta Days Rodeo continues.

When • Tuesday and Wednesday, 7 p.m.

Provo Pioneer Days

Food, games, music, entertainment, a farmers market, antique car show, pioneer camp and museum, American Indian village and Wild West show.

When • Wednesday, 10 a.m.-2 p.m.

Where • Daughters of Utah Pioneers Museum, North Park, 500 N. 500 West, Provo

Homestead Resort

Activities include cowboy poetry with Sparky, musical hay bales, lasso the bull, penny in a haystack, potato sack races, tug of war and wagon rides. Enjoy a barbecue and other food.

When • Wednesday, 5-9 p.m.

Pioneer day in Heber City

Celebrate Pioneer Day with dinner and an evening train ride. Dinner is served outside at the depot followed by a two-hour round trip that departs at 8:15 p.m. and travels to Decker Bay on the shores of Deer Creek Reservoir. On board, a troop of fiddlers will perform. On the return trip, the train stops and you can sit outside on the lake shore and watch the Charleston Fireworks from across the lake. Pioneers and Patriots Concert

The Utah Festival Orchestra and Ensemble presents a musical tribute to pioneers and patriots.
