$7 • Pulled Pork Sliders

The evening kitchen team at Cucina Deli certainly like their smoke and spice. I'd wager they also like a joke. All those elements come together with the small-plate pork sliders ($7). Two small buns come open-faced, loaded with juicy house-smoked pulled pork, crunchy coleslaw and finished off with the intriguingly named koolickle — Kool-Aid-soaked pickles. Tongue in cheek perhaps, but loaded with flavor too.
