Food • No bones about it. Younger people and people on the go don't have time to lunch on fried chicken with all of those pesky bones. So KFC has unveiled its new Boneless Chicken, which looks like larger chicken tenders in both dark and white meat, breaded with the Colonel's 11 herbs and spices.

My companion thought the boneless chicken pieces were too salty and questioned the quality of the de-boned chicken, and I thought that the breading was too thick, making the chicken seem like dry versions of the double-breaded Extra Crispy variety.
