Thirty teams from around the country will compete in the Sam's Club National BBQ Tour coming to Salt Lake City this weekend.
Fans can come watch the day-long event sanctioned by the Kansas City Barbecue Society, as well as enjoy samples and get grilling tips from all-star pitmaster Troy Black.
Chicken Butt BBQ, R&R Barbecue, Richard's Roundup Barbecue and Utah Smoke are among the Utah teams participating.
