Dish of the Week: Pasta Sampler at Valter's Osteria
$20 • PThe fresh -house-made pasta sampler is downright stunning to look at and fabulous to eat. Beautifully light gnocchi in spicy arrabiata sauce, two plump ricotta and spinach ravioli and a heavenly creamy capellini will set your heart aflutter. Hands down it's the best pasta I've sampled in Salt Lake.
