The menu at Zest Kitchen and Bar focuses on vegetarian and raw foods. The eggplant Parmesan on the "large plate" part of the menu it also has small plates contains meaty aubergine slices coated in a zesty, raw tomato sauce. The dish comes with a side of well-prepared fingerling potatoes and can also be served with cashew cheese.
