$13 • Le Nonne's carpaccio is some of the best I've eaten. Thinly sliced, rosy red, raw beef is fanned out on a plate. It's then seasoned with a drizzle of olive oil, a squirt of lemon and freshly cracked pepper. Snappy baby arugula and shaved parmesan complete the dish. It's the perfect summertime dish — along with a glass of rosé, of course.

Le Nonne (read the full review) is at 129 N. 100 East, Logan; 435-752-9577. It is open Thursday and Friday, 11:30 a.m. to 2 p.m.; Monday to Saturday, 5:30 to 9:30 p.m. For more information, visit lenonne.com.
