Jewish Family Service Tribute Dinner

The sixth annual Jewish Family Service Tribute Dinner will honor Suzanne Goldsmith, Joanne McGillis, and Irene Tannenbaum, women who have inspired and influenced the community with their philanthropic work.

Benefit Concert — Music for Mentoring

The Mentor Project, which serves youths aging out of foster care, will hold a benefit concert featuring MC Trenton Krummenacher, actor and comedian; musical performances by Pastor Michael Imperiale, Mountain Spirit and Group Therapy.

Trunk or Treat

Good Shepherd Lutheran Church will hold a Trunk or Treat on Oct. 27. Participants should bring at least four bags of candy to share. Costumes and decorated trunks are suggested by not required. Bring a pumpkin to decorate.

Una Mano Amiga and the Utah Cultural Celebration Center present the annual Day of the Dead altar display and community gathering, a folk art exhibit and event recognizing this significant and expressive Mexican holiday.
