Several national restaurants chains are offering some scary good food deals for ghosts and goblins — and their busy parents — on Wednesday, Oct. 31 for Halloween. They include:

50 cent corn dogs • available all day at participating SONIC Drive-In restaurants.

Free doughnuts • Wear a costume to a participating Krispy Kreme store today and receive a free Halloween or Pumpkin Spice Doughnut. No purchase necessary. While Supplies Last. One doughnut per customer.

Free kid's meal • Purchase an adults entree today at participating Outback Steakhouse locations and your little ghost or goblin (10 or younger) will eat for free. Also, look in the beverage booklet on your table for the free steak dinner on your next visit.

Burritos, tacos and salads • Starting at 4 p.m. all participating Chipotle restaurants will offer discounted burrito bowls and salads. Orders of tacos are only $2.

Asian takeout • Make an online order at any participating PF Chang's Asian Bistro today and you'll get 20 percent off your purchase. When placing your order enter the promo code: GHOULS or GOBLINS.

More free kids • Children dressed in costume can eat free at Souper Salad, with a paying adult.
